Alternatives in Action; HOME Project:
HOME Project works to develop summer and after-school programs involving real-world community projects that reflect young people’s interests and their community’s needs.

Education Without Borders International:
Ed International’s mission is to provide youth across all socio-economic, racial, national, and cultural backgrounds with a dynamic educational experience in the Americas. Participants will be part of an academic acceleration program that will prepare them for higher education.

FACES for the Future:
FACES for the Future works with the Children's Hospital & Research Center at Oakland to provide a three-year internship program. The program introduces underrepresented minority high school students to the health professions, assists those students in getting into educational programs of their choice, and equips them with the necessary personal skills to succeed in these and other demanding pursuits.

Oakland Small Schools Foundation (OSSF)

OSSF's mission is to help Oakland's innovative small public schools to identify, secure, and manage resources to meet the underfunded needs for our children's education.

Summer Search is a national leadership development program that helps low-income young people graduate high school, go to college, gain successful careers, and give back to society.
